Quickly looking at the this case, there are two major things I can consider, first the Age of the patient, her age indicate that she is a postmenopausal woman therefore her pain maybe attributed to hormonal change specifically low estrogen, an essential hormone for maintaining bone health in women, On that area I will consider mineral supplements like Magnesium and Calcium plus vitamins (C , D and E) which will decrease inflammation and aid in absorption of minerals by the body. The second thing, in prescribed drugs I can see a possible toxicity, because there are two NSAIDs given, I would prefer piroxicam over indomethacin because it has lesser gastrointestinal side effects, and on the case of prednisolone, I wouldn't consider it as first choice due to its side effects unless the inflammation is so severe, also duration of its use would be limited depending on the severity..
Ok thanks 🙏🙏🙏
